These little fellows are inspired by my favorite warming drink: chai. You will probably find me sipping on a cup of it (with a splash of milk) nearly everyday as soon as the weather gets colder.

What’s so great about them is that they really don’t take much effort to make, you just have to carve little faces on their surface— but it’s fun and you can get creative! The filling consists of spices, the leftovers from scooping out the apples, raisins, dried cranberries and crushed nuts. Plus the orange adds that slightly tangy flavour and sweeteness. As delicious baked apples are already, they taste even next level, when they get company from a maple-cashew cream 😉

If you are searching for a fruity twist on your Halloween treats, than these might be perfect for you. Happy Halloween!

Miso in chia pudding might sound a little strange at first. But trust me – this combination is really delicious! The salty-caramel flavor of shiro miso, combined with pumpkin purée and mixed into a creamy chia pudding is definitely something you need to try. I currently found my obsession with Miso again and now I…
